How it works

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. Upon reviewing the form I will decide whether or not you are suitable for this service and working with me. If I think we can work together – I will send you the payment details and we can proceed. However if I think that I can’t help you, I’ll be upfront about it.
  3. Once the payment is made, I will send you an email confirmation and then we can go through the onboarding process to get started.

I expect all of my clients to be as commited to making a change as I am to helping them. If you’re not serious, don’t bother.
For example; Losing weight, building muscle, overcoming anxiety, dialling in a TRT protocol, improving your dating prospects, ditching vices etc. Expanding on your answer will make it easier for me to understand your problem and help you.
Briefly tell me what is stopping you in your CURRENT circumstances from achieving your goals. It could be something as simple as a lack of accountability.
How long have you been training.
Do you have access to a gym?
Anything I should be aware of beforehand that might interfere with my ability to help you (medical conditions, medication that you’re taking etc).
