Clenbuterol is originally used by people suffering from breathing disorders, as a decongestant and as a bronchodilator. It’s a potent beta-2 adrenergic agonist and will increase central nervous system activity through the release of the stress hormones – adrenaline and norepinephrine.

Some people enjoy the stimulating effects of clenbuterol, but others tend to dislike it and find that it makes them more on-edge and prone to anxiety. If you have any type of moderate to severe anxiety, clenbuterol is likely going to make it worse.

Almost all users report an increase in energy, but most describe it as a ‘jittery’ and ‘somewhat uncomfortable’ type of energy that can also be accompanied with shaking hands. Although most users report that shaking will usually disappear within the first week of continued administration.

For me personally, the potential negative effects outweigh the edge it will provide a cutting phase.

I feel like yohimbine + fasted cardio can be just as effective, but requires a little more effort which I don’t mind putting in.

However for some, clenbuterol could be worth using depending on your personal goals, health background and general fitness levels.

Clenbuterol is a very powerful fat burner that can speed up and make a cutting phase easier.

It’s important that if you are considering using clenbuterol, that you start with the lowest effective dose (20mcg) and check for potential drug interactions.
